  • 2 Verify you have enough funds for gas fees (ETH on Base) plus the contribution amount
  • 3 Check the FAQ for common questions
  • 4 If a transaction failed, check the transaction hash on BaseScan

When contacting support, include your wallet address and transaction hash if applicable.
