Fundu is a decentralized savings circle platform built on the Base blockchain. Users can create and join savings circles, make periodic contributions, and receive payouts according to the circle's rules. All financial transactions are executed via smart contracts.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Fundu. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Your reputation score is calculated based on your payment history, circle completions, and overall participation. Late or missed payments will negatively affect your score and may limit your ability to join certain circles.
If you miss a payment, you enter arrears. Unpaid arrears may result in removal from circles, reputation penalties, and restrictions on joining new circles. You remain responsible for any outstanding debts.
Cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions carry inherent risks including price volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and network congestion. Fundu is not responsible for losses due to blockchain network issues, wallet security breaches, or market fluctuations.
Fundu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
